*Monthly live Q&A and Co-working Sessions will not be recorded. To get the most out of them and to stay on top of your books, we recommend showing up live. If you have to screen share, we will go into a breakout room with you if you aren't comfortable screen sharing in the group

HELP DESK

Support Hours: M - F 9:00am - 4:00pm Pacific


Response Time: 1 to 2 hours during regular support hours except weekends and holidays and when offices are closed for company events.

If a request is received after 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a Friday, a response will be sent on the following Monday (excluding holidays). For any documents that need review, please allow 3 business days for a response.
